What's Inside? This collection of writing consists of works written over the last decade not previously printed in the previous two collections. As he prepared to pack up his entire life and move across the country from Alabama to California for the promise of a new life with his husband amongst his in-laws, Tony decided to collect as much of his work as he could put his chubby hands on and publish in the final installment of the Alabama Trilogy. This collection includes microfiction pieces either written for competitions or composed before Tony was aware he was writing microfiction. There is also poetry, all of which are free-verse because Tony writes through stream of consciousness and rarely ever tries his hand at appropriately formatted poems with rhyme schemes and poetic structures. Tony even included song lyrics. Song lyrics?! Yes, lyrics to songs that Tony has written--though the only music that ever existed for these songs existed solely in the author's head, so he suggests they're more like music-less poems. Lastly, aside from longer piece of short fiction and/or memoir-esque pieces, Tony included all pieces that currently exist of his well-received Captain Morrow's Cosmos series.
